Recognize the Runner Up Region III Membership Promotion Chair that have shown real effort in all areas of the committee’s goal.  Three basic requirements to be considered for this award include: 

• Attendance at the Chapter’s Regional Conference (CRC) and Centralized Training
• Goal setting with the Regional Vice Chair (RVC)
• Regular communication with the Regional Vice Chair (RVC)
